Self-neglect findings are excluded from district attorney reporting unless similar findings were reported within the prior 6 months

Public disclosure requirements in death or near-death cases are limited to substantiated findings, including specific recommendations made to district attorneys

Repeals the previous version of Section 10-104 (43A O.S. 2021) relating to investigations of vulnerable adult abuse
