Creates the Office of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia Service Coordination within the State Department of Health to provide statewide coordination, service system development, and information for individuals with Alzheimer's or related dementias and their caregivers

Requires the Office to evaluate and coordinate dementia services, identify duplicated services, establish relationships with state agencies and community stakeholders, support dementia-specific staff training, and identify grant opportunities

Establishes at least one full-time dementia services coordinator position responsible for staffing and operational details of the Office, subject to funding availability

Creates the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia Service Coordination Revolving Fund in the State Treasury, funded by grants, gifts, and donations, as a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations

Repeals existing Sections 1-879.2 and 1-879.3 of Title 63 and becomes effective November 1, 2026
