Prohibits civil lawsuits against fossil fuel manufacturers, producers, transporters, and sellers seeking damages related to climate change, greenhouse gas emissions, or alleged effects of climate change in Oklahoma courts

Covers natural gas, oil, coal, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas liquids, refined products, and any derived products, as well as trade associations representing these industries

Exempts lawsuits alleging violations of federal or state environmental laws, regulations governing emissions/discharge/storage, or worker protection laws from the prohibition

Blocks claims including fraud, misrepresentation, deception, and failure to warn if the underlying relief sought relates to climate change

Effective date: November 1, 2026; passed the Senate on March 10, 2026
