Amends 21 O.S. 2021, Section 1031 to update terminology from "child prostitution" to "child sex trafficking" throughout the statute

Establishes child sex trafficking as a Class B1 felony with a minimum sentence of 10 years imprisonment (changed from maximum of 10 years)

Sets escalating fines for child sex trafficking convictions: up to $5,000 for first offense, $10,000 for second offense, and $15,000 for third or subsequent offenses

Updates statutory references throughout the section, including changing cross-references from "subsections B through F" to "subsections B through E" of Section 20N
