Extends the sunset date for the Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2031, allowing the board to continue operating for an additional 5 years under the Oklahoma Sunset Law

The 8-member board includes representatives from OSU and OU medical schools, Commissioner of Public Safety, OSBI Director, State Commissioner of Health, CLEET Director, and members selected by law enforcement associations

Board members serve without pay but receive reimbursement for necessary expenses under the State Travel Reimbursement Act

Makes minor statutory language updates, including changing "vice-chair" formatting and "Unit" to "unit"

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval, with a general effective date of July 1, 2026
