Extends the Oklahoma Organized Retail Crime Task Force sunset date from June 1, 2026 to July 1, 2036, continuing the task force for an additional 10 years

Task force consists of 15 members appointed by the Governor, legislative leaders, Attorney General, District Attorneys Council, and various retail and law enforcement associations

Task force purpose is to provide the Legislature and Governor with information on organized retail crime and evaluate countermeasures to address retail theft losses in the state

Office of the Attorney General staffs the task force and may employ officers to prevent, investigate, and prosecute organized retail crime violations

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval
