Amends the Statewide Official Compensation Commission statute to prohibit salary adjustments that would increase emoluments for any office to which a current member of the Legislature is elected or appointed

Requires that if a legislator is elected or appointed to a covered office, that office retains the salary in effect prior to any Commission adjustment

Applies to salaries set for the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Treasurer, State Auditor and Inspector, Superintendent of Public Instruction, Insurance Commissioner, Commissioner of Labor, and Corporation Commission members
