Authorizes licensed firearm dealers to enter into "firearm hold agreements" to temporarily store firearms for owners who voluntarily surrender them

Grants licensed dealers civil immunity for acts or omissions related to taking possession, storing, or returning firearms under these agreements, including immunity from liability for injuries or deaths occurring after a firearm is returned

Removes immunity protection if the dealer acted with gross negligence, reckless conduct, or unlawful conduct

Removes immunity if the dealer knew at retrieval time that the owner was demonstrating intent to use the firearm unlawfully, cause harm to self or others, or was legally prohibited from possessing firearms
