Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department may sponsor and implement an annual statewide tourism and recreation industry conference, with authority to partner with private entities for administration and execution

Department may enter into contracts or agreements for the conference on a fair and reasonable basis, not exceeding $75,000

Department may charge registration and exhibit space fees to cover conference costs, with fees and other proceeds (including donated funds) deposited into an agency special account

Expenditure approval authority shifts from the Commission to the Executive Director for conference-related special account funds
