Amends Oklahoma's unlawful carry statute (21 O.S. Section 1277) to expand firearm carry rights at municipal zoos and parks by allowing both concealed and unconcealed handgun carry, removing the previous restriction that prohibited open carry at these locations

Extends courthouse carry exemptions to include Judges of the Court of Civil Appeals, Judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals, and Justices of the Supreme Court who possess valid handgun licenses under the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act

Maintains existing prohibitions on firearm carry in government buildings, courthouses, schools, detention facilities, and secured public events, while preserving exceptions for parking areas, parks, and recreational areas

Repeals a conflicting 2025 version of Section 1277 to resolve statutory inconsistencies between two amendments passed during the 2025 legislative session
