Prohibits candidate committees from accepting contributions from federal candidate committees and from making contributions to other state or federal candidates

Bars limited committees, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, and labor unions from contributing any amount to unlimited committees (Super PACs) organized for independent expenditures or electioneering communications

Requires committees or entities making independent expenditures or electioneering communications to be formed and domiciled in Oklahoma, with treasurer and compliance officer residing in-state with valid street address and phone number

Prohibits individuals or entities receiving compensation from an unlimited PAC making independent expenditures from also receiving compensation from the benefiting candidate or candidate committee, classifying such dual compensation as illegal coordination

Bans out-of-state political action committees and 501(c)(4) organizations not registered in Oklahoma from making contributions to any Oklahoma candidates; effective date November 1, 2026
