Amends eligibility for indigent veteran burial assistance programs to require the deceased veteran to have been a resident of Oklahoma, replacing the previous requirement that the veteran died in Oklahoma

Maximum reimbursement for interment or cremation expenses remains $1,000 per application under both the general indigent veteran burial program and the Dignity in Burial Act

Veterans must have been honorably discharged, not in custody of the Department of Corrections at death, and remains must be unclaimed (for the indigent program) to qualify

Applicants must document burial location, provision of appropriate casket (if interred), and receipt of a proper memorial headstone or marker meeting federal standards under 38 U.S.C. Section 2306
