Attorney General authorized to investigate entities suspected of fraudulent charitable solicitation benefiting foreign terrorist organizations, providing material support to such organizations, or encouraging violence, using civil investigative demands, subpoena power, forensic accounting, and data analytics

Entities found to have knowingly provided material support to foreign terrorist organizations may be designated as "Designated Terrorist Support Entities," barring them from receiving state funds, grants, contracts, loans, or tax benefits after final judicial determination

"Muslim Brotherhood" specifically defined in the bill as the organization founded in Egypt in 1928 and its global network, with reference to the 246 unindicted co-conspirators from the Holy Land Foundation criminal case

Department of Public Safety required to develop educational module on foreign terrorist organizations and Muslim Brotherhood networks; all certified peace officers must complete training every 3 years as part of CLEET continuing education requirements

Appropriates $1,000,000 to the Office of Attorney General and $250,000 to the Office of Governor for fiscal year ending June 30, 2027; effective date July 1, 2026, with emergency clause
