Vaccine manufacturers become liable to individuals if they advertise a vaccine in Oklahoma and that advertised vaccine causes harm or injury to the individual

"Advertise" is defined broadly to include TV, radio, print, internet, digital media, product placement, and paid influencer promotions, but excludes direct healthcare provider-patient discussions and materials displayed in clinical settings

Individuals have 3 years from when the cause of action accrues to file a lawsuit under this provision

Prevailing claimants are entitled to actual damages, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees
