Transfers regulatory authority for licensing behavior analysts and certifying assistant behavior analysts from the Department of Human Services to the State Board of Examiners of Psychologists

Requires all applicants for behavior analyst licensure or assistant behavior analyst certification to submit to a national criminal history record check

Removes the previous $100 fee cap for license issuance and renewal, replacing it with fees sufficient to cover the Board's costs and expenses

Updates professional conduct standards reference from "Guidelines for Responsible Conduct and Professional Disciplinary Standards" to the "Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts" of the national Behavior Analyst Certification Board
