Coverage applies specifically to dental surgeries performed on individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities

The Authority must establish a reimbursement rate that reflects the actual cost of providing these services

All contracted entities must reimburse claims at no less than the rate established by the Authority

Effective date is July 1, 2026, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval
