Oklahoma Health Care Authority authorized to accept and expend federal funds from the CMS Transforming Maternal Health (TMaH) Model to improve maternal health outcomes for Medicaid-eligible women

Funds restricted to developing, administering, and contracting for maternal health services for pregnant and postpartum Medicaid members only

Nutrition support services required for pregnant and postpartum women with diet-related conditions or high-risk pregnancy factors, including medically tailored home-delivered meals designed by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Nutritional counseling may be offered but cannot be required as a condition for receiving medically tailored meals

Authority must submit a final report to the Governor and legislative leadership after the TMaH Model concludes, summarizing services, finances, outcomes, and program performance
