Modifies supervision fee requirements for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) by removing the "hourly rate" restriction, allowing fees to be set at fair market value through board rules or by mutual agreement between the APRN and supervising physician

Prohibits the Oklahoma Board of Nursing from requiring APRNs applying for independent prescriptive authority to recomplete minimal requirements for initial prescriptive authority applications

APRNs (Certified Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Certified Nurse-Midwives) may apply for independent prescriptive authority after completing 6,240 clinical practice hours under physician supervision

Supervised practice hours obtained prior to November 1, 2025 may count toward the 6,240-hour requirement for independent prescriptive authority
