Amends 22 O.S. 2021, Section 40.3A to expand exceptions from mandatory reporting requirements for healthcare professionals treating sexual assault victims

Healthcare providers are not required to report rape, sodomy, or sexual assault when the victim is over 18 years old and is not an incapacitated adult

Adds new exception for sexual activity between minors revealed during medical history review, when there is no evidence or report of coercion, exploitation, threat, or intimidation

Maintains requirement that healthcare providers must report incidents if requested by the victim, and must inform victims of their right to have a report made

Effective date: September 1, 2026
