Amends Oklahoma law (60 O.S. 2021, Section 122) governing land ownership by foreign nationals, defining "bona fide resident" as a lawful permanent resident of the United States

Allows foreign nationals who become bona fide Oklahoma residents within 1 year to acquire and hold land on the same terms as U.S. citizens residing in the state

Reduces the timeframe for resident aliens who cease Oklahoma residency to sell their land from 5 years to 1 year

Updates statutory language to be gender neutral and modernizes terminology throughout the section

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
