Requires prospective plaintiffs to send a pre-suit notice letter to political subdivisions identifying potential violations, with a 60-day response period before filing suit, and allows up to 150 days for subdivisions to enact remedies

Authorizes the Attorney General, district attorneys, aggrieved individuals, and affected organizations to file suit in district court, with cases receiving expedited proceedings and automatic calendar preference

Permits courts to award attorney fees to prevailing plaintiffs and order tailored remedies including alternative election methods such as cumulative voting, limited voting, or proportional ranked choice voting, with reimbursements for pre-suit costs capped at $30,000
