Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs must establish its headquarters and a veterans resource center at a single location in Del City, Oklahoma, providing information and referral services to connect veterans with public and private services

All state agencies providing services to veterans must collaborate with the Department to deliver services through the new veterans resource center

Creates the Oklahoma Unified Veteran Services Commission with 11 members including legislators, cabinet officials, and agency directors to study resources needed and costs for establishing the headquarters and resource center

Commission must submit findings including potential sites, architectural renderings, and financial evaluations to legislative leadership by December 31, 2026

Effective date is November 1, 2025
