Individual edible medical marijuana products limited to maximum 10 milligrams of THC per edible and 100 milligrams of THC per package

Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority authorized to issue two license types: nonhazardous and hazardous medical marijuana processor licenses

Applicants must be 25+ years old, Oklahoma residents (or entities with at least 75% Oklahoma ownership), and disqualified if they have nonviolent felony convictions within 2 years or other felony convictions within 5 years

Licensed processors may sell only to dispensaries or other processors (wholesale), not directly to patients, and must submit monthly yield and sales reports by the 15th of each month

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
