Amends 57 O.S. 2021, Section 599.1 to expand public access requirements for the Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry and Mary Rippy Violent Crime Offenders Registry for employment verification, volunteer screening, and child safety purposes

Requires name search results to include full name, aliases, crime requiring registration, habitual/aggravated offender status, offense date and place, sentence disposition, photograph, current residence, school location, and employer

Adds requirement that both registries be searchable by school and employer

Changes information disclosure from permissive ("may") to mandatory ("shall") for offense details, sentence disposition, photographs, and location information
