Creates a new hearsay exception in the Oklahoma Evidence Code (Section 2803.4 of Title 12) for victim statements describing incidents of poisoning, shooting, or assault with intent to kill

Allows admission of victim statements made to law enforcement officers within one week of the incident

Permits victim statements from protective order applications filed within one week of the incident, or testimony given at protective order hearings, to be admitted as evidence

Applies to pretrial and posttrial criminal and juvenile delinquency proceedings, including preliminary hearings, prosecutive merit hearings, probation revocation hearings, and deferred judgment acceleration hearings
