Municipalities and counties are prohibited from entering into nondisclosure agreements that would prevent them from disclosing terms of agreements involving incentives, tax credits, grants, or other benefits funded by local taxes

The prohibition applies to agreements with any person, partnership, corporation, LLC, trust, or other legal entity receiving public tax-funded benefits

Proprietary business information remains protected from mandatory disclosure, including trade secrets, input costs, labor costs, and profit margin information

New provisions would be codified in Title 11 (Section 22-101.4) for municipalities and Title 19 (Section 1510) for counties of the Oklahoma Statutes
