Creates the "State Capitol Arch Memorial Statue Revolving Fund" in the State Treasury, administered by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES)

Fund will receive private donations, gifts, grants, and other private funding sources for installing and maintaining veteran memorial statues around the State Capitol Arch

Establishes the fund as a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations, allowing monies to carry over between years

Expenditures require warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims approved by the OMES Director

Passed the House on May 7, 2025 and the Senate on May 13, 2025
