Amends 58 O.S. 2021, Section 1253 to add mandatory notice language on transfer-on-death (TOD) deed forms for real estate in Oklahoma

Required notice must inform beneficiaries that the deed is revocable, does not transfer ownership until the owner's death, and may be withdrawn or rescinded regardless of any consideration paid

Beneficiaries must record the affidavit and related documents with the county clerk within nine months of the grantor's death, or the property interest reverts to the grantor's estate
