Courts are prohibited from abridging a person's right to purchase, possess, concealed carry, or open carry a firearm in Oklahoma

Firearms seized due to misdemeanor arrests or convictions cannot be ordered forfeited or destroyed by courts

Seized firearms must be returned to the owner after a misdemeanor case is resolved

Exception: Firearms used during the commission of the misdemeanor may still be retained
