OK SB1672

Prohibits all non-U.S. citizens, foreign government adversaries, and foreign entities from acquiring or owning land in Oklahoma, either directly or through business entities, trusts, or foreign government enterprises

Removes the existing exemption that previously allowed business entities engaged in regulated interstate commerce or those with CFIUS national security agreements to own land

Eliminates the Attorney General's authority to establish additional exemptions to foreign land ownership restrictions

Defines "foreign government adversary" as any government designated by the U.S. Secretary of State as hostile or a Country of Particular Concern (CPC)

Effective date of November 1, 2026
