Prohibits money transmitters registered with the U.S. Department of Treasury from imposing surcharges on consumers who conduct business with firearm entities

Prohibits these same electronic funds transmission services from denying usage to consumers transacting with firearm entities

Applies to entities providing electronic funds transmission services via telephone and internet

Would be codified as Section 2-113 of Title 14A of Oklahoma Statutes

Effective date: November 1, 2026
