Creates the "Preserving Oklahoma Values Act of 2026" to prohibit Oklahoma courts from applying foreign laws, legal codes, or systems that violate "Judeo-Christian Western rights and values"

Declares court rulings based wholly or partly on foreign law void and unenforceable if they violate defined Western values including due process, equal protection, freedom of religion, speech, press, right to bear arms, and privacy

Renders contracts void if they designate foreign law to govern disputes when that foreign legal system does not grant parties the specified Judeo-Christian Western rights and values

Exempts corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and other business entities that voluntarily contract to be subject to foreign law, as well as Native American tribal laws

Contains an emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage; received "Do Pass" from Committee on Rules on March 4, 2026
