Creates the "Preserving Oklahoma Values Act of 2026" declaring state policy to protect citizens from laws contrary to the Oklahoma Constitution, U.S. Constitution, or "Judeo-Christian Western civilization" values

Renders void and unenforceable any court ruling based wholly or partly on foreign law if it violates defined rights including due process, equal protection, freedom of religion, speech, press, right to bear arms, and privacy

Voids contracts or arbitration agreements that would apply foreign legal systems if those systems do not grant parties the enumerated "Judeo-Christian Western rights and values"

Exempts corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and other business entities that voluntarily contract to subject themselves to foreign law, as well as Native American tribal laws

Includes emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage and preserves religious organizations' autonomy over ecclesiastical matters such as clergy discipline and doctrinal interpretation
