Authorizes concealed carry of handguns into fairgrounds and buildings open to the general public during the Oklahoma State Fair and Tulsa State Fair

Grants event holders authority to permit open carry of all lawful firearms during the Oklahoma State Fair or Tulsa State Fair

Allows city or town governing bodies to authorize concealed carry of handguns in city/town-owned or leased buildings, except courthouses, courtrooms, prisons, jails, and detention facilities

Removes prior restriction that prohibited firearms in fairgrounds buildings and events covered under subsection A provisions

Effective date: November 1, 2026
