Increases annual longevity pay for state employees by 50% across all service tiers, ranging from $375 (2-4 years of service) up to $3,000 (20+ years), compared to previous amounts of $250 to $2,000

Raises the additional payment for service beyond 20 years from $200 to $300 for each additional two-year increment

Applies to all state employees except members of boards and commissions, higher education institutions under Oklahoma State Regents, public school district employees, and elected officials

Removes references to Section 840-2.28 exceptions regarding duplicating longevity payments and maximum payment caps

Effective date is July 1, 2027
