Authorizes persons with a valid Oklahoma handgun license or armed security license to carry a concealed handgun in the State Capitol Building, requiring presentation of the license at controlled access points

Expands authority for city, town, county, or state governing bodies to authorize concealed carry of handguns in government-owned or leased buildings, office spaces, and vehicles (excluding courthouses, jails, and detention facilities)

Prohibits peace officers or security guards from removing, inspecting, or restraining persons lawfully carrying concealed handguns in the State Capitol under this provision

Violations of the unlawful carry provisions remain a misdemeanor, punishable under existing Section 1276
