Political subdivisions are prohibited from spending public funds to pay nonprofit organizations that use public donations to post bail bonds for defendants

Taxpayers or residents of a political subdivision may seek injunctive relief to stop violations and prevent further public fund payments to such organizations

Prevailing parties in enforcement actions are entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and court costs
