Prohibits foreign principals from foreign adversary countries from directly or indirectly renting, leasing, or holding a controlling interest in data centers in Oklahoma

Defines "foreign adversary" as any country designated by the U.S. Secretary of State as hostile or a Country of Particular Concern (CPC)

Requires foreign principals currently holding data center interests to divest within 180 days of the effective date; existing conflicting agreements are deemed invalid upon adoption

Authorizes the Attorney General to commence district court action against non-compliant foreign principals, with courts empowered to order divestiture

Effective date: November 1, 2026
