Extends the Oklahoma Advisory Council on Indian Education sunset date from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2029

Requires members representing Indian tribes, tribal education departments, or tribal entities to be duly authorized representatives at the time of appointment and throughout their service, with authorization granted by elected tribal executive leaders or governing bodies

Automatically terminates a member's service if they lose their authorized representative status, with the tribe required to notify the appointing authority in writing to trigger the vacancy process

Grandfathers current Council members as meeting the new authorization requirements unless they subsequently lose their representative status

Requires the Council's annual report on Native American student education to be submitted electronically to the State Board of Education
