Requires the platform to use artificial intelligence-assisted risk modeling to triage reports based on severity and credibility, routing high-priority cases in real time to appropriate law enforcement, child protection agencies, or service providers

Authorizes mandated reporters (teachers, healthcare professionals, law enforcement, social workers) to use the certified platform as the primary reporting mechanism for suspected human trafficking, while preserving access to the National Human Trafficking Hotline

Effective date of November 1, 2026
