Prohibits Oklahoma and all political subdivisions from enacting ranked choice voting systems that allow voters to rank candidates by preference and tabulate results through multiple elimination rounds

Declares void any existing ordinances adopted by counties, municipalities, school boards, or other political subdivisions that implement ranked choice voting

Exempts internal political party processes including conventions, election of party officers, and other nonpublic party procedures from the prohibition

Grants the Attorney General enforcement authority and allows aggrieved parties (candidates, voters, or election officials) to bring civil actions for declaratory or injunctive relief, with courts able to award costs and attorney fees to prevailing parties

Includes an emergency clause making the law effective immediately upon passage and approval
