Amends the definition of "adjudication" in the Oklahoma Children's Code (10A O.S. Section 1-1-105) to change the evidentiary standard for finding a child deprived from "preponderance of the evidence" to "clear and convincing evidence"

The higher evidentiary standard requires allegations in a petition that a child is deprived to be supported by clear and convincing evidence rather than the lower preponderance standard

Effective date is November 1, 2026
