Amends Oklahoma motor vehicle lamp and lighting statutes (47 O.S. 2021, Sections 12-201 through 12-706) to update statutory language and references throughout

Requires vehicles to display all lamps and illuminating devices from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise (nighttime), and when windshield wipers are in use due to inclement weather or visibility is 1,000 feet or less

Drivers must use low beam headlights when approaching oncoming vehicles within 1,000 feet or following another vehicle within 600 feet to avoid glare

Updates federal regulatory reference for daytime running lamps from 49 C.F.R. Section 571.108, S5.5.11 to S6.1.1.4
