Creates a 7-member Federal Education Deregulation Task Force expiring December 1, 2026, composed of 3 senators, 3 representatives, and 1 certified teacher appointed by the Governor

Requires the task force to identify all federal education funding received by public school districts, the State Department of Education, and any state/local agencies or nonprofits, including funding amounts, program sources, prescribed uses, and associated conditions

Mandates review of maintenance of effort agreements, consent decrees, multi-tiered support systems, and Medicaid funding used for health care, mental health, and child care services in public schools

Directs evaluation of whether each federal program has measurable impact on student outcomes, conflicts with state policies, and should be replaced at the state level if eliminated federally

Report due electronically by December 1, 2026 to the Governor, Senate President Pro Tempore, and House Speaker, with public posting on the Legislature's website; members receive no compensation or travel reimbursement
