Prohibits forced medical procedures including vaccines, bans carbon tracking or carbon credit scores, and protects citizens' rights to use any energy type, maintain personal gardens, family animal farms, and collect rainwater

Restricts artificial intelligence use from making life-or-death decisions, determining medical care or insurance coverage, replacing workers without equal employment offset (with 6 months severance required), monitoring court proceedings, or using citizen tax dollars and pension funds for AI research without written approval; violators face liability, restitution, and court-determined penalties
