Prohibits state employees, appointees, and contractors from stating preferred pronouns in official communications including text messages, emails, letters, and faxes

Defines "personal pronouns" as he, him, she, her, they, them, and any non-standard replacement terms used to reference sex or gender

Treats use of honorifics (Mr., Mrs., Ms., Miss) inconsistent with birth sex as a violation under the same provisions

First violation results in a verbal or written warning; subsequent violations constitute immediate grounds for removal or contract termination

Effective date is July 1, 2026, with an emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage and approval
