Indigent Veteran Burial Program provides reimbursement to cemeteries or funeral homes up to $500 per veteran, with calendar year 2017 total reimbursements capped at $20,000

Capital Improvement Program funds equipment purchases, property acquisition, and construction projects for Veterans Affairs facilities

Effective date of July 1, 2026, with emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage and approval
