Removes the requirement that legislators obtain written approval from the Speaker of the House or President Pro Tempore of the Senate to access juvenile court records and Department of Human Services records pertaining to children

Allows any member of the Oklahoma Legislature to inspect confidential child welfare records without prior approval, as long as access is in the course of their official duties

Amends Section 1-6-103 of Title 10A of the Oklahoma Statutes, which governs inspection of records without court order

Updates statutory language by replacing "Federal" with "federal," "Health Department" with "health department," and "the State of Oklahoma" or "Oklahoma" with "this state" throughout the section
