Amends Oklahoma's minimum salary schedule for certified public school personnel, with salaries ranging from $39,601 for a new teacher with a Bachelor's degree to $60,395 for a teacher with 25 years of experience and a Doctoral degree

Expands state funding allocation for salary increases to school districts that receive either Foundation Aid or Salary Incentive Aid, as well as districts that receive neither type of aid

Extends salary increase provisions to classroom instructional employees at technology center school districts, correctional teachers and vocational instructors at the Department of Corrections, teachers at the Office of Juvenile Affairs, and teachers at the State Department of Rehabilitation Services

Requires districts offering retirement benefits that would reduce a teacher's salary below the minimum schedule to provide written notice at least 30 days prior

Effective date of July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval
