Reauthorizes the income tax checkoff program allowing Oklahoma taxpayers to donate $2, $5, or a custom amount from their tax refunds to support regional food banks, extending the authorization date from January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2026

Donations are deposited into the Income Tax Checkoff Revolving Fund for Oklahoma Regional Food Banks, administered by the Department of Human Services to fund all regional food banks in the state

Regional food banks must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that maintain food distribution operations providing food to other nonprofits offering groceries or meals to people in need

Taxpayers who donate in error may file for a refund within 3 years of the tax return due date

Declared an emergency measure, effective July 1, 2025, with immediate effect upon passage and approval
